Cláudia de Freitas is Associate Researcher at the Institute of Public Health and Invited Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto. She holds a PhD in Social Sciences. Her research focuses on public and patient involvement in health data governance, personalised care and research, and its implications for the development of people-centred policy. Her work aims to strengthen the evidence base to inform the design of inclusive, safe and responsive care and research.
